the king of all exercises- a.k.a the deadlift.
We love this exercise too.
In fact, a few months ago, we ran a Deadlift Challenge during which we focused on improving the technique of doing this move (for all the TEN Xers). As we went through this challenge as a team, we identified some common mistakes that most people committed , while attempting this move.
