BADMINTON COACHING
Badminton coaching at Ten X follows a structured, long-term approach focused on building strong technique and the right sporting attitude. The program emphasizes fundamentals, consistency, and steady progression towards high-level performance.
Timings:
Evening Batches only (Mon–Sat): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
FOOTBALL COACHING
Ten X offers football coaching on one of the largest turfs in Tirupur, focused on building well-rounded athletes. Our training develops physical fitness, game intelligence, and strategic understanding to help players grow both on and off the field.
Timings:
Morning Batch: (conducted on Mon, Wed, Fri): 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Evening Batch: (conducted Mon–Sat, alternate):
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Batch 1)
• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Batch 2)
Basketball Coching
Professional basketball coaching at Ten X focused on skill development, teamwork, and court awareness. Our structured training supports both beginners and advanced players in improving performance and confidence on the court.

CRICKET COACHING
Cricket coaching at Ten X focuses on developing strong technique, physical fitness, and game strategy. Suitable for all skill levels, the program helps players build confidence and improve overall performance.

SKATING COACHING
Skating coaching at Ten X helps improve balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun and engaging way. The program also focuses on learning essential techniques and cool skating skills while promoting confidence and stress relief.

Gym at Ten X
10X Gym offers structured training focused on strength, fitness, and sustainable results.
Ten X offers a hybrid gym setup that combines traditional strength training with functional group classes. Suitable for all age groups and fitness levels, the training is designed to support goals such as weight loss, weight gain, toning, and strength building, while promoting overall 360° fitness through improved strength, stamina, endurance, and power.
