SERVICES AT TEN X

GYM

At Ten X, we have a traditional gym setup alongside a functional training setup (group classes).
This hybrid gym format is ideal for training for all age groups, and training levels.
The training methodology is suitable for tackling specific fitness goals such as weight-loss, weigh gain, toning up, getting stronger, & so on too. Our sessions are meant to help you achieve 360° fitness with an improvement in strength, stamina, endurance, power, & so on...
Timings (for group classes):
Mon- Sat:
6:15 am-7:15 am;
7:15 am-8:15 am;
10:00 am-11:00 am;
5:00 pm-6:00 pm;
6:00 pm- 7:00 pm;
7:00 pm-8:00 pm.

FOOTBALL COACHING

Ten X's football turf is one of the largest in Tirupur. We offer football coaching that's designed to develop top-class athletes. The training focuses not only on developing the physical abilities of the players, but also on honing the mental capabilities of the aspirants in terms of understanding the game, strategically.


Timings:

Morning Batch (conducted on Mon, Wed, Fri)- 6:30 AM-8:00 AM

Evening Batch (conducted Mon- Sat(alternate))- 6:00 PM-7:00PM

BASKETBALL COACHING

Learn some essential basketball skills such as dribbling, partner passing, pivoting, gaining control over the ball, shooting and so on...

SKATING COACHING
